How it works
- Email returns@caratapp.com from the address on the order. Reference your order number.
- We email a prepaid, fully insured FedEx label within one business hour.
- Drop the package at any FedEx location in original condition.
- Refund posts to the original payment method within three business days of receipt.
What “original condition” means
The piece must be unworn, with the original packaging and grading certificate. Stones returned with damage or alterations may receive partial credit.
What we will not do
We will not charge a restocking fee, deduct shipping, void the return for missing inserts, or require an in-person inspection. The 100-day window applies whether the piece was a custom build or a feed listing.
