Trade up at 100% credit. No doubling required.

Return your Carat diamond at any point and apply 100% of what you paid toward a new diamond of equal or greater price. Most retailers require the new stone be 2x the trade-in value. We don’t.

How it works

  • Choose a new diamond of equal or greater price.
  • Send the original stone back using a prepaid insured label.
  • Receive 100% of the original purchase price as credit toward the new piece.

What qualifies

Any centre stone purchased from Carat. Settings can be re-used or replaced. There is no time limit and no minimum holding period.

What does not qualify

Melee stones in halos and pavé bands are not eligible individually; only the centre stone trades up. Damaged stones receive a market valuation before credit.
